The nomination form for the Atlantic County Women’s Hall of Fame may be used by individuals or groups to nominate notable Atlantic County women. Please read the categories and their descriptions closely before returning the form. If you submitted a nominee in prior years who was not selected, you may submit them again:
The nominees for induction are selected from the following fields: Posthumous awards may be made for outstanding contributions to Atlantic County women at the discretion of the Nomination Committee.

Community Service
Education
Journalism
Law
Media
Medicine/Health/Science
Philanthropy
Social Services
Volunteerism
Eligibility: A woman who is or has been a resident of Atlantic County for at least 10 years, or whose place of business or employment has been in Atlantic County for at least 10 years and, whose contribution was made in Atlantic County.
The nominee will be categorized as either a pioneer or an innovator in her field, not necessarily the first in that field.
Criteria:
Candidates will be selected on the following basis:
A woman whose contribution has enhanced the lives of other women.
A woman who, through her work and commitment, has “cleared a path” for other women to follow.
Commitment:
Living recipients who are physically able must be willing to participate on the Education Panel.

Completed Nomination Form
Nominee’s biography
Nomination letter from the individual or organization submitting the nomination
TWO letters of recommendation (excluding the nominator’s letter).
